Your vapes are completely and absolutely GARBAGE no flavor.. and can't use it out side or your vape won't work.. I bought 10 of them and 2 of them have dry cotton/no juice. DO NOT GET THESE

The shipment and the way my order was handled was def 5 stares, the product tho was def lower 2 stars. Over half would not take a charge no matter the cords I tried. And they didn't have flavor at all just taste burnt.. not very happy but no one listen so I'll just set my opinion here

Terrible customer service, don’t believe anything you see or are told by these people. I Paid for two day ground shipping prior to thanksgiving holiday (2 days previous) and here it is now December 7th and my order still hasn’t arrived. It’s the same answer but with no accountability, “your package is in USPS custody, and is late but still on track to arrive at final destination”. Even paid for package protection, which I was then told to just wait longer. If your customers pay for expedited or priority shipping it would behoove the company and the transporters to actually deliver on the promises and therefore contracted expectancy. I won’t be ordering again, as the sour taste left from the business model isn’t for me. And best believe I have raised hell with USPS and got further with them than the company could deliver on.
right out of the package its only charged to 50%. got down to 20% after the first half hour of being opened and used. then it started blinking non stop sounding like it was trying to fire constantly until it got down to 10% battery and started heating up more and more. put it on charge for about 25 minutes till it hit 95%. then it wouldn't fire at all. got out a second vape and put it on charger right away till it hit 95% took one puff and it starts acting like its shorting out and firing on its own and heating up again using battery power the whole time. so far iam very disappointed in this vape for the price. it's a total let down and unreliable product.

Well without being rude I would just like to say that I never received my full order. I received 2 packages containing disposable vapes and 2 different brand vape juices but I never received the reusable smok rpm80 vape kit, therefore I was unable to try any of the 4 bottles of vape juice I received. About 10 days ago I went to a local vape store and bought the Smok rpm80 vape kit and it works ok but I'm having some difficulty getting new 0.17 mesh coil springs for the smok rpm80 but the shop has them ordered. Anyway I appreciate u checking in with me but I don't think I will be using your company to order anything anymore. Yes the store costs a little more but at least I don't have to worry about getting my products. As I said I'm waiting to get my new 0.17 mesh coil springs for my Smok RPM80 Vape I purchased from the local store but otherwise I'm all set. Now I'm sure it wasn't your fault but somewhere along the way my vape was lost or stolen and I paid for insurance on it but still I haven't received another one. Instead they tell me I have to explainthis whole thing over to another department of your company. Well that's it I'm done I'm not going to sit on the phone explaining how something u sent to me didn't get here after I already received 2 packages from your company. It's not worth all that aggravation over a $30 or maybe $35 item. Again thanks for trying but once I get beat once I never deal with that company again.
