Waiting 5 days for a reply

It said my order was delivered but I never received it. I asked them if they received a picture or a signature so I can track it down myself but have yet received a reply. It will be impossible now to get it back if it was delivered to the wrong place. I bought the insurance but I guess that doesn't matter just another way to get you for more money. Now im out the money and no vapes. It was a pretty big order so im pissed. You're customer service department sucks and it shouldn't take this long to reply.

I went to order from the other website and it didnt even work said my billing address was different from my shipping and eould not let me order at least with misthub i can place an order.

Switched to a different website...

I switched to a different website which offered me points for signing up which later the points can be used as money to apply to your cart if u shop with them long enough, I used their 10 percent off coupon i found by googling so i got a price of 125 for 6 vapes and on top of all this they gave me a free 50k puff vape. If it takes 5 to 6 days to get them as someone mentioned instead of the two weeks with this company i think ive found a new place to shop. Thanks for mentioning them.

This place sucks

These lazy incompetent individuals has had my order for 2 weeks and it's still sitting on there desk not being shipped. If I was you considering ordering from this place think twice. Vape wholesale warehouse has all the same stuff for a cheaper price and it's never took longer than 5 to 6 days to get all my order. Please save yourself the trouble and leave these people to rot.

Shipping delays/poor communication

I ordered from this site on 11/9/2025. As of 11/20/2025 I still haven't recieved my purchase. I wrote an email to customer support asking for the status of my order as the Shop app did not provide a tracking number. Days later I finally got a reply. They stated due to a warehouse update they are "a little behind". Not shipping orders for over two weeks and not telling your customers until they reach out first is unacceptable. I still have no idea on when they will ship. If you want your vapes quickly, I would find a different site.
