I bought 10 of these from you. I have tried to open and use 4 of them. There is a problem trying to remove the rubber plugs to start flow. The top, removes easily, the bottom thin one breaks without opening the flow. I got lucky with 1 and was able to clear the path with a thin ice pick like tool I’ve purchased this brand before from another vendor. I did not have the same issues. I’m concerned you got and sold a bad batch. Have you had feedback from other customers?
