Terrible customer service, don’t believe anything you see or are told by these people. I Paid for two day ground shipping prior to thanksgiving holiday (2 days previous) and here it is now December 7th and my order still hasn’t arrived. It’s the same answer but with no accountability, “your package is in USPS custody, and is late but still on track to arrive at final destination”. Even paid for package protection, which I was then told to just wait longer. If your customers pay for expedited or priority shipping it would behoove the company and the transporters to actually deliver on the promises and therefore contracted expectancy. I won’t be ordering again, as the sour taste left from the business model isn’t for me. And best believe I have raised hell with USPS and got further with them than the company could deliver on.
