In recent months, we have been informed about a myriad of service related issues from shipping to user accessibility to poor communication with our customer service team in the wake of higher orders over this most recent holiday season. All very key and critical components vital to the well-being of our ability to continue business competently & effectively. So we'd like to address that not only are we aware of the ongoing issues, but we've been actively working to fix them since we relaunched early last year with new management.
Beyond it just being the right thing to do, it's something we hold dearly since taking over from the original owners of MistHub. They worked to build your trust and patronage from the ground up and its paramount for us to actively maintain and expand it to the best of our ability. At this moment we are working with smaller resources and staff compared to previous management, but our devotion to keeping your experience as flawless as can be is as big as ever.
As we forge on into 2025 and beyond, we aim to continue doing what we do best at MistHub, even if the path to doing so is bumpier than we'd like. Please know we are always doing our best for you. As we look to deploy new features and improvements to optimize service in the coming months, please pardon our dust!
